Guidelines for Booking the Rooms :-
|
- 1. All members / COMMITTEE MEMBERS / COUNCIL MEMBERS should confirm the availability of the rooms well in advance to avoid
inconvenience.
- 2. This service is available only against receipt of Full Paymentmade in advance
- 3. The bookings will be confirmed on the first come first served basis, of the FULL PAYMENT.
- 4. We have got core banking facility. Kindly deposit the amount accordingly in Vijaya Bank. Our Current Account No. is
506300301000250, name of the account is "The Institution of Engineers (India)", Branch name is "C B D Belapur".
The IFSC Code is VIJB0005063 and Branch Code is 5063. After depositing the amount kindly send us a copy of the deposit slip Check Out
Time is 10:00 Hrs. by FAX or scanned copy of the slip through email after which the booking will be confirmed.
- 5. Members must check well in advance whether their payment has been received by the State Centre and the booking has been
confirmed. The State Centre will not be responsible for nonreceipt of payment in time and booking not done.
- 6. REFUND of Confirmed Booking will not be done UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If payment is received from different members for
the same day than the payment received later will be refunded.
- 7. If a Guest staying in the Guest Room requires room for additional period the same shall be done (either same or other rooms)
subject to availability of rooms on payment of applicable charges.
- 8. Under very special circumstances, non members accompanied or recommended by the CORPORATE MEMBER are allowed to use the
guest rooms facility. Non Members are required to produce a letter from the Corporate Member stating Special Circumstances. Charges will
be taken as per NON MEMBER. Hon.Secretary's decision in this regard will be FINAL.
- 9. This supercedes all the earlier decisions taken in this regard.
